Jack Lalanne Dies at 96

Jack has been my mentor since I was 10 years old.  I owe Jack for giving me the passion I have for health and fitness.

My first Job in the fitness industry was working for a Jack lalanne fitness center in chester New Jersey.  That was my start in fitness.

Since 1986 Jack Lalanne has been an inspiration to everyone in the fitness industry.  I will never forget his words of wisdom- ” Anything in life is possible- If you believe”
